Having worked in some of the most demanding environments around the world, Martin brings deep technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to the highest standards of safety and performance.
Under his direction, InDepth Diving has grown from a small operation into a trusted name in commercial diving, known for its professionalism and problem-solving approach. Since joining InDepth Diving over seven years ago, he has become an integral part of the leadership team, known for his calm under pressure, technical expertise, and hands-on approach to every project.
Jayson is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence, and his experience makes him a trusted leader both in the water and on deck. Whether coordinating dive teams, managing logistics, or troubleshooting complex underwater challenges, he brings commitment and clarity to every job.
